A seasoned professional, David Ludwig began his career with Coldwell Banker King Thompson over 24 years ago. He has year after year been an award winning sales associate, and has leadership experience managing the Bexley Regional office of Coldwell Banker King Thompson.

Before becoming a real estate professional, Kelly was a successful entrepreneur marketing personalized services to Columbus’ upscale homeowners including move/relocation support, domestic staff recruitment/training, and special event planning. In addition her experience as a Household Manager of a multi-home private estate and the co-owner of a upscale Bed & Breakfast and catering company in the Short North Arts District, aided in building a solid reputation of client relations that require the utmost confidentiality.
